FAQs

It is the way we build software. AI agents do the work and stop to ask when they need to, our engineers check and sign off everything that comes out, and you watch the project as it moves forward. That is how we can give you a quote in minutes and a finished application, built to measure, with the quality of a product.

The code is written by AI agents. People check and sign off: no part of your application reaches you without the approval of a Symboolic engineer, who is accountable for it.

A few minutes for the first version, with timing and costs. A Symboolic engineer confirms it within a few hours. Until then, there is no commitment.

The confirmed quote is the one we work on. If you change something along the way, and you almost always will, you request the change and see right away what it does to costs and timing. You decide, with the numbers in front of you.

Yes, at any time. You have a private dashboard with the status of the work and the costs as they are generated, and a project manager who answers at any hour.

Yes. Before we start, the factory collects the full context of the project, ERP included, and that is why what we deliver works inside your company. If a connection isn't possible, you know it from the quote, not at the end of the project.

In your cloud environment, or in ours if you prefer, on AWS infrastructure. Every part passes security checks before moving on, and the software follows all your security and compliance rules.

You do. The code is yours, with no licenses and no lock-in, and your data stays yours and in your environment. The only thing we own is the factory. The product is yours.

The software is yours and you can have it maintained by whoever you want. If you'd rather we stayed on, we're glad to. To use a car metaphor: we deliver the car, you choose the mechanic.

Yes, and it's the best possible starting point: attach it to the quote. A prototype says what you want better than any specification, and the Bright Factory makes it work for real.

No. We build custom applications of every kind, from supplier portals to order management. AI is in how we build them, and often inside what we deliver too.

None, for the prototype. The difference comes afterwards: connecting it to the ERP, making it hold up when a hundred people use it, keeping it up to date, being accountable for it, making sure it's secure and compliant. That is our job.
